Your Core username is already in use as a username on the Wiki. There are various reasons why this could happen, but it can and it is not a problem (one reason is that the Wiki is older than the Core and the username may have been in use for a long time already).
In order to register on the Wiki, you will need to change your Core username. You can change it back after registering with the Wiki, and changing it will not affect your username in sites that you have already registered with.
