The Donghaiwei Dispatch is a News Publication which seeks to report on events within, pertaining to, or of interest to the City of Donghaiwei, the Duchy of Donghaiwei, and all aligned nobles therein, all of whom are members in good faith of the Order of Morek, and Westerners upon the shores of Dwilight. In addition to simply providing current information, the Dispatch hopes to record, for posterity and future reference, events as they unfold from the present into the past. The Dispatch does not represent an official source of policy or position of Donghaiwei, the Order or Morek.
