Rising up from a small hill near the ocean and over looking the woods of the Bakker regions in the Colonies stands The Dark Citadel; home to generations of the clan known as the Assassins. The warm breezes from the ocean allow a great variety of flowers, including dahlia's, to grow in the Citadel's gardens, which are renown across the lands.
Because the citadel is frequently hidden by fog, and the mysterious clan that resides there, the citadel is often referred to as the city of twilight.
