Founded in Mech Alb in the Republic of Farronite by Governor General Khari Kye and Priest Glaumring Apasurain under the auspice of creating greater dialogue and peace between the realms of Asylon and Farronite. The council is open and free to all around the region to join and partake in conversations and debates regarding matters pertinent to the two realms.
