Carelia/Prisoner Agreements

With the Cagilan Empire (12/26/10):

1. All the nobles who are captured during battle will be released as soon as they complete 2 day's imprisonment. No torture or disrespect. No gold stealing.

2. Adventurers who are caught, will be released in 2 days. No torture or disrespect. No gold stealing.

3. Any black market trader caught performing an illegal act will be banned the first time. Second time, he/she will be deported. If they return for the third time, they will be executed. No torture or disrespect.

4. Any priest found preaching will be banned on first time and deported on second time. No torture or disrespect.

5. Prisoners who insult the judge or the realm can have their gold confiscated. A copy of the offending letter or a transcript of the shouting should be provided to their Judge in such an instance.

6. Infiltrators will be dealt with at the discretion of the Judge with no restrictions.
