Every Troop Leader has the right to accuse a different Troop Leader of a breach of our constitution (Indecent behavior is a good example for this). When this happens the accuser will have to send a private message to The Arch Priest. Then the Arch Priest will start a trial. Each side will be able to make their case and ask each other questions. Laws
