The realm of Caerwyn, one of the first colonies to the founded on the western half of the continent of Dwilight, is a realm of opportunity and teamwork. We are a close group of hardy colonists, brothers and sisters in arms, under the overall direction of a highly organised upper echelon elected, for the most part, by the Nobility of Caerwyn. Above all, we value trust, loyalty and an abounding faith in the binding value of hierarchy.

The Premier Ministers of Caerwyn

The Governmental Structure of Caerwyn

The realm of Caerwyn is built under the governmental organisation of a republic amongst the Nobility. The High Council of the realm consists of the four Councillors; two elected, two appointed, as well as the Dukes of the realm. Furthermore, it has been the perogative of the elected ruler, to create an Advisory Council of the remaining Lords, along with the Council members, to more efficiently co-ordinate between Lords, and ensure the on-going prosperity and stability of the realm.

The General Diplomacy of Caerwyn

Due to the fact that Caerwyn is one of the only realms on the western half of Dwilight, the need for diplomacy amongst neighbouring realms does not hold any real immediate importance at the moment. However, it has always been the approach of the Caerwynian nobility to maintain healthy relations with its neighbours, and in this vein good relatios are held with almost every realm on the continent. The only concern to Caerwyn's immediate safety is the highly militant and aggressive realm to its north, in Everguard, though things have been quiet lately.

The Military and Justice System of Caerwyn

The Caerwynian military is one of the strongest on Dwilight, and relys upon the pragmatic leadership of its Marshals, and the overall guidance of the Grand Commander, appointed by the ruler. The armies of Caerwyn, both under the sponsorship of our only Duke, are the Golden Army, and the Heavy Strikers Group.

The Caerwynian Justice system derives from the will of the High Magistrate, whose actions and performance are reviewed through direct monthly elections by the Nobility. Here is a copy of the current laws of Caerwyn, and the overall justice system. The current High Magistrate is Khephera Stormwind.

The Newspapers of Caerwyn

The Caerwynian Chronicle is the official newspaper of the realm of Caerwyn (and its only one), and reports upon the day-to-day happenings in Caerwyn, as well as the rest of the continent. It is overseen by the encumbent Supreme Arbitrator, Lady Teniel Dell, though the newspaper was created before her election.
