In winter of [[Dwilight/Timeline|YD 24]], Fifth Pentannual, Tuga Lux, a crafty adventurer, rediscovered Blessed Hat. It is not known what had happened with the hat in the meanwhile, other then it had been lost. Tuga found it whilst traversing the road from [[Uppervia]] to [[Kybcyell]], lying in the dirt. Blessed Hat was in terrible condition, almost completely destroyed, however Tuga located a sage in a day, and paid Ormem the wibbly to restore Blessed Hat to its former galore.
