In winter of [[Dwilight/Timeline|YD 24]], Fifth Pentannual, Tuga Lux, a crafty adventurer, rediscovered Blessed Hat. It is not known what had happened with the hat in the meanwhile, other then it had been lost. Tuga found it whilst traversing the road from [[Uppervia]] to [[Kybcyell]], lying in the dirt. Blessed Hat was in terrible condition, almost completely destroyed, however Tuga located a sage in a day, and paid Ormem the wibbly to restore Blessed Hat to its former galore. Description
Blessed Hat wass said to be blessed by an old wise man to grant its bearer extraordinary luck in their endeavours. It is a bit worn about the edges but it magically resists wear despite its older worn appearance. A remarkable feat claimed to be bestowed by the hat is that those who were once unable to whistle suddenly acquire an urge and an ability to do so. Those who already possess the ability seem unaffected.
