Atamaran Advocate/Issue 2/15 Carelia Breaks Federation

The following is King Kronos official declaration to Atamara's rulers after he withdrew from the Southern Federation.

Rulers of this world,
After a long period of successful membership in the Federation of Carelia, Abington and RS, we are announcing that Carelia wont constitute a member anymore of it.
However, I am making clear that alliance will stand and Abington as also RS can count on us.
It has nothing to do with our current relations and of course it aint gonna change the feelings of Carelia for the two realms.
I think that Carelia must abstain from federations in general and I wont think of joining to any other for quite some time.
The reason is only one, sometimes we get different enemies and we get different friends.
But that doesnt mean that you would ever attack a friend.
It's quite a complicated issue and I really hope to sound clear, despite its difficulties.
