Ash'rily is a former region of Ash Sea Islands.
A Brief History
Ash'rily was once the capital of Ash Sea Islands and is considered the center of its culture and history. Ash'rily is now occupied, and has been annexed, by Abington.
The Fall of Ash'rily

Defenders of the city under Duke Wallace used it as a base of operations for conducting a successful hit and run campaign on Abingtonian forces moving toward Ser'quea. A large Abingtonian force attacked the city in December of 2005 to stop these raids, but were repulsed by a handful of defenders and the local militia. Abingtonian forces were stunned by the unexpected result and the death of Abingtonian Hero Feldric Selemnir and vowed to return.

After the battle, Abington and Redspan conducted a brutal, and intentional, campaign of looting and pillaging within the city. Over 60 separate instances of looting and theft were reported in the days following its loss.
Ash'rily and ASI
Many ASI families are still based in Ash'rily and at this time their fate or the condition of the city is unknown. The loss of Ash'rily is a burden that sits heavily on the hearts of all ASI citizens and is likely to affect relations with Abington for some time.
