May this document serve as an agreement between the sovereign realms of Arcaea and of Greater Aenilia and their sovereign rulers, King Jenred Bedwyr and Paladin King Xarnelf Lightstar. Additionally, King James Harker of Cathay bears witness and is party to the terms of this treaty, this Peace of Ahael.

Paladin King Xarnelf Lightstar and Greater Aenilia is apologetic for the military incursions into Arcaean territory, and will graciously pay a sum of three hundred gold coins in compensation, as offered by Lord High Chancellor Rekhyt Ryû of Greater Aenilia. This payment must be handled in a timely manner and to the satisfaction of King Jenred Bedwyr of Arcaea.

The province of Ahael shall be returned to Greater Aenilia. This transfer must be handled in a timely manner and to the satisfaction of Paladin King Xarnelf Lightstar of Greater Aenilia. Furthermore Arcaea gives up all claim to its territory and title.

Greater Aenilia agrees to remain uninvolved in Arcaea's warfare against Arcachon. This shall include direct military action, and indeed extends to include all action that would support the efforts of Arcachon in Arcaea's war.

Arcaea and Greater Aenilia welcome a new time of peace between their realms. Neither realm shall take military action against the other, or violate their borders or nobles, unless specified by additional treaty.

King James Harker of Cathay pledges himself and the realm of Cathay to guarantee the terms of this document, and that its parties abide by the spirit as well as the letter of the items contained herein, on threat of war. Violation of any items should be addressed with King James Harker, as the guarantor of this treaty and arbiter of disputes related to its terms.
