The Battle of Atblane (1)
There were many Enemiies, All waiting for a piece. Hav-ing unexpectadly found themselves weak in the knees The Carnage was Brutal A Surreal Bat-tle But in the end, the Abbies, and her friends were the ones still standiing. Death had to work Two shifts to keep up As men killed each other forgetting to say, sorryyy. This tale is so great, This tale is so sad, but we pushed to the end and never looked back! We pushed to the Ennnd... We puuuuushed, to theeeee, Eeeeeennnnd!
Written in honor of the victory at the Battle of Atblane) written by a sergeant serving Lady Doc's Biatch
The Battle of Atblane (2)
They battle was ruff, Our men fought hard, They but many arrows, In that CE lard, The infantry fought, The archers shot fast, They held the line, Our calvery charged at last, Many died so others cound live, The fought hard and long, Gave all they could give, Many died so others could live
Written in honor of the same victory, by Knight Timmy
Sonnet of Storms
Hostile Storms gather overhead, their dark masses obscuring the light the swords are drawn, soon the ground will run red as we brave few oppose our foes might the flag of victory, flutters proudly for we shall be defiant to the last and sing our warrior cries loudly In fire we forge the sword of true fate in the spilling of blood, we become united To them, we will spit our last breath of hate For we shall not rest, untill all is righted Rains of Arrows, the clash of Steel For none shall resist our triumphant will!
by Lord Ulric, also in honor of the Atblane victory
Battle of Atblane (3)
Two hundred and five at the battle site, Only one scared Taren would turn and flies, So two hundred and four were there to fight, All were ready and shouted battle cries. The two great armies were in the mayham. Cagil, Tara, and Darka on one side, Abby, Redspan, and Carelia, fight them, And who would win and who could turn the tide. The Infantry would march; arrows set sail, Swords start to clash and the cavalry charge, Karilam of Darka; the first who fell, Not before was fought a battle this large. Abington's armies were vicotorious, Their courage in battle was glorious.
