Matthias, Count of Hernepoole, Norland, Atamara.

Having begun his public life in Ash Sea Islands, he became disillusioned with the realm's leaders after a changing of the guard, and made way with his old friend Jorel of Kent to Norland. He is now a senior member of the realm, and a member of the Military High Command.
