It is believed that Acturus' brother, Malus, previous ruler before the revolt, had Acturus assassinated thus putting himself in power. He led the realm for a short time before disappearing leaving his niece in power. She led for an even shorter time before Pontifex Octavio came to power.
Pontifex Lankmere Family/Dormondt came to power shortly thereafter. Lechis died, leaving Dormondt as not only spiritual head of the nation but also the religion.
