Rognak Dakka
I must point out to you, when you wrote, "Falasan is claiming that the barony's entrance into the war violates their treaty with Eston".
The entrance of BoM into the Minas Ithil/Norland does violate the Falasan Eston treaty. But not between Falasan and Eston. It only violates the agreement that neither Falasan or Eston can enter the Minas Ithil Norland war while its "one on one", nor does the realm that enters the war which violates that treaty, have to be either Falasan or Eston. It can be any realm, which is to say, BoM.
so, neither Falasan or Eston has violated the treaty. Which leads me onto my second point, Falasan has not used BoM as an "excuse" to enter the war, nor does Falasan have any obligation what so ever to enter the war.
No treaty has been made between Falasan and BoM and so Falasan has the right to defend itself on its own soil should BoM be ambitious enough to attempt pillage of Falasani lands. Falasan has been very honorable in this matter, and does not "rip apart the treaties" so easily as Norland does. Should you like a copy of the Falasan / Eston treaty, please have a look in the Inquirer archives.
I hope this clarifies Falasan's position at this time to you.
