Galantos Family/Montague

Montague Galantos is a young man of 17 years, medium build and height. He has oily black hair and a moustache, and moves slowly and thoughtfully.

The fifth son of Tarkas Galantos (a devoutly religious widower), Montagues older brothers were all pressured into the clergy, leaving him as the sole heir. Due to his father's elderly state and increasing senility, Montague was able to avoid strict religious studies, and instead spent his time learning of warfare and weaponry.

As he came of age, Montague decided to unfurl the antiquated family arms (two white swords crossed on a burgundy and ash field), assemble soldiers (the Redcloaks, named for after the Galantos cavalry of old) and answer the call-to-arms that was mustering men at Barad Lacirith.

He wishes to prove the worth of his presently unknown family name by fighting alongside other noblemen of Eston.
