Having spent most of his early life listening to tales of the glory of the Longmane family before the Morning of Tears Elk dreamt of seeing it regained, and so upon reaching 17 and with his mothers, if not his fathers blessings, he took up the challenge of not simply winning back for his family name what it had in the past, but also to seek and bring it more honor and renown then been known to any of his people since before the fall of Torhaven itself!!
