I don't know who declared war on who. ps.. ruler of madina has the title of "Grand Doge".. All I (I play ruler of Madina)a know is that the ruler of Melodia said Shadovar attacked Port Raviel unprovoked and all. I don't know who declared war on who. ps.. ruler of madina has the title of "Grand Doge"..
