Gaius Opimius became known to the world on on November 17, 2007 at the evening turn.  He emerged from his hometown of Melmoor, within the realm of Minas Ithil in Atamara.  This was during the time of an immense war against Norland.  Hailing from the war-torn town of Melmoor (then occupied by Dead Angel3, Newena, Christos, Belinda, and Cochrane), Gaius noticed that the region was in disarray, and set the Crimson Guard to improving the lands at the direction of the current High Marshal, Sir Raoul De La Fere.
