The undecided members
Anyone upholding this rank are mere travellers who have visited at least one of our Shelters. The reasons of their arrival will be many times asked and their intentions will determine their future in the Order. Some may be promoted while others may be expeled.
Those not being aware of the Thieves and willing to pass some time within the Order and shape an opinion about us are welcome to do so at any time. Once in a while, their membership will be reviewed.
Spying will not be tolerated ever and it will be punished. If a Brotherhood is interested in cooperating with the Thieves and even in forming a formal alliance with us, their representative must contact the leader of the Order in private as soon as his arrival for the avoiding of any potential misunderstanding.
