Letter to the Editor
With but 5 days remaining in the month since Darka declared war on RedSpan, not a single Darkan soldier has been seen within a dozen leagues of the edges of Goatdom. One suspects that this must mean that a Darkan declaration of war is meaningless. I suppose then, that killing Darkan council members, while certainly neither legal nor honorable, is not an action that is punishable by Darka. Money must be involved or no one in Darka cares.
