Letter from Evangeline

Message sent to: Firebrand

Firebrand,

You heard the High Marshal's orders. Move your lazy backside to Bescanon!

Move it, move it!!

Roleplay from Firebrand

(personal message)

Firebrand sleeps in his tent in Perdan City.

His scribe enters the tent and carefully awakes him, well aware of his temper.

"Sir...message for you, sir. From Lady Evangeline"

"Evangeline? Nothing that she has to say is important enough to wake me early"

"Yes sir, but shes just reminding you of the general's orders"

"Let me see that...lazy? Ha, I've been doing nothing but training for the good of Perdan every day and she has the nerve to call me lazy? Send back a reply and tell her to cool her jets, I'll be there when I get there"

"Yes sir...but...what's a jet?"

"Just go!"

Roleplay from Evangeline

Message sent to: Firebrand

The scribe flushed red as Evangeline read the note from Firebrand. She looked at him as he fidgetted on the spot.

"Cool my jets?"

"Yes M'Lady"

"Did he say anything else?"

"He said he had been training for the good of Perdan everyday and you had a nerve to call him lazy."

Evangeline raised her eyebrows; she knew full well the academy in Perdan had been closed for the past 2 days. Most infiltrators were a bit strange to deal with, but usually the temper and eccentricity didn't emerge until after they had reached invisible status. She could tell this one was going to be exceptional.

"Tell the High Marshal Firebrand will be in Bescanon, ready to delay travel on his orders."

“And make sure Firebrand knows to wait for the orders. Knowing our luck he’ll delay travel when we want to attack”

The scribe looked uncertainly at Evangeline, obviously not wanting to return to Firebrand. Evangeline ignored his hesitation, turning away to continue with her other duties.
