Kojiro Hinamoto - The different path

Kojiro is the oldest son of Hiroshi. Since he was born, there was a different behaviour from him, he always had a very chaotic spirit and he tended to disobey his father and his teachings. Kojiro gathered very often with an elder member of the Scorpion clan, thing that his father hated in silence. From this elder, Kojiro learned the courtier work and much about the Rokugani politics. After Ryu was born, Kojiro felt that his father put him apart and decided to leave the lion lands for a while. Some years passed when Kojiro came back just to find out that his brother Ryu was in a mission in Sirion lands in the east continent. Kojiro felt that he might find a better place where to develop his politic skills and somewhere to gain renown and become someone different from "Ryu's Brother".

Even when he always felt jeallows of Ryu, he always loved his brother, and his only wish was to be recognized in some way by his family.

Once in Sirion, Kojiro fought in the army of Sirion until he decided that Sirion was not the best place for him to stay. He travelled to Montijo and pledged Zadek Dragul to swear an oath and serve Fontan, the realm enemy of Sirion. Ryu was burning inside when he found out but Kojiro knew this will happen yet he needed to do this in order to achieve what he was looking for, and Fontan was a more adequated place.

Kojiro made good friends with Zadek and Katalynfae Dragul who were at some point the rulers of Fontan and also with the Minister of Defense, Sir Murat. Kojiro trained in the shadow arts and he was caught many times in Sirionites lands burning food and assaulting nobles. Many times he escaped and one time he was deported to the horrible Colonies but he managed to come back. Even when Kojiro worked for Fontan, there was something inevitable. Fontanesse nobles started to point fingers at Kojiro and mostly when Fontan loosed in almost every battle against Sirion and mostly against the General and Marshal of the Red Dragons, Ryu Hinamoto, his brother. Kojiro was not able to tolerate such thing and he decided to move to Melhed in the continent of Beluaterra, where a friend was waiting for him.

In Melhed he found that the realm was politically superior to anything he saw. For the first time he thought he could do something good here and gain himself renown. He started as a knight of the Duke of Fronepu, Marc de Coivos and very soon after a dedicated and loyal work he became the Baron of the region of Lastfell.
