Remembering the old sage in the alleyway, Divine went back. The sage was still there.
"Compensation for being robbed night and... Oh, it's you." muttered the sage.
"Well, do you have it?"
And Divine brought out yet another thief's hand in exchange for something the old sage was sitting on.
"It's not very comfortable either!" shouted the sage as Divine examined the Black Buckler, permanently blackened from all the soot in the alleyway or perhaps it was simply magical?
Now, this unique treasure of the House of Fury is on permanent loan to a trusted friend and comrade who has promised to safeguard the family heirloom, and to wield it with honour in battle in the name of the Empire.
