The Toren Reform Party is a political association of nobles from SEI Toren.
Program (draft)
- 1. We are dedicated to improving Toren's overall strength, and securing victory on SEI
- 2. Victory can only be achieved through reform of inefficient current policies
- 3. Reform requires greater transparency of the policy-making process, and increased accountability of public officials
- 4. Transparency and accountability depend upon public scrutiny and discussion
- 5. We therefore pledge to engage in active scrutiny and discussion, and to support progressive policies and candidates

Organization
- party president

Motions
- anyone can propose them, example
- assembled and presented on Mondays by the secretary general
- discussed and voted throughout the week
Voting
- votes sent to party president up to Friday
- president presents results on Saturday, along with list of votes
- in case of a draw, it's up to the president to pass or reject the motion
