- Recognition of Deeds
- Exceptional service by the Arbiter, Strategos, and Xenophon is rewarded by grant of a special title by the Xerarch that replaces their council position name. (OOC: These titles are generally phoenix related).

Medals
The Shield of Uthred
The highest Award in Xavax and the equivalent to the Medal of Honor, The Shield is a medal awarded in special recognition of risking life and limb to save and serve Greater Xavax. This goes beyond ordinary military service, placing special emphasis on the actions of nobles who go above and beyond.
