The banker is the expert in financial matters. His/Her duties include:

Setting Trade settings (Such as amount to buy/sell food)

Organizing food movements and shipments

Designing the tax system (including setting tax rates and the percent to collect

Collection of Taxes (be it early or on time)

Organizing all distrobution of wealth
