Role of General and Marshal

The military hierarchy in BM has two major roles, the General and the Marshal, the difference between the two is summarised below by Lyle Esau.

Summary

Generals need to be thinking on a larger scale, and days ahead of the average player. Sorting out what needs to be done like ordering TO of regions, defending regions and the like. And not be taking things one day at a time. You can leave those small things up to the marshal. Those generals that want to be ordering people around everyday, should also get themselves made Marshall of the realms main army. That way he can order people around to his hearts content, like every other prick that does so.

Those that like fighting in large blobs should just have everyone in one single army, likely lead by the general. And when he sends a small number of them off on a small task. Its his fault if they are unorganized in the combat system. Because he is the one wanting large army blobs.
