Because you can't play Battlemaster all day long. . .

It started with some Guild Wars fanatic posting OOC to find out if another player got their character-name for BattleMaster from GW. After a couple of very enjoyable hours together one of them got the idea to seek others with such dual affections. Many were discovered. And then another idea sprung up - how about a lasting reference for those open to putting their alternate identities up for all to see? So here we go . . .

I occasionally play Guild Wars. My best characters are Bashaw Youssef (Gold star for anyone who knows who that is), Lord Legatus (after the BM character). Funny though how I play this free game, Battlemaster more than I play a game (GW) which I payed ~$150 for. --Alex 15:45, 4 September 2007 (CEST)

War game - more so than BM - no RP at all - you're there as yourself, probably as part of a clan, to try and win the game each round. Winning isn't everything, but it's not far off. Fast game (ten-minute ticks).

Cantr II

Roleplaying game - more so than BM - very little fighting. Create up to fifteen characters and play them all in whatever way you want - tinker, tailor, soldier, sailor - town leader or village idiot - your pick. Slow game - you can often go away for a week, RPing you have sleeping sickness, and miss little more than some RP by the time you get back. Can be more involved if you want it to be.
