Geographical and Cultural Information
Small villages are scattered widely throughout the arable land of Panabuk. Most of the farmed land is devoted to the growing of grains and the raising of livestock. There are several towns located by the sea that fish the waters near the shore, but very little trade is conducted by sea.
The landscape consists of broad meadows and lowlands, and is remarkably flat and featureless. The climate is equable at this latitude, though the summers can be uncomfortable. Snow is almost unheard of even in the winter, which is mostly marked by heavy rains and muddied roads.
The merchants that sometimes pass through Panabuk do so along trade routes that stretch to Madina in the south and to Tower Fatmilak in the west. The locals have little to trade but their excess crops, which they exchange for goods from the capital city.
