The coastal city of Alebad is located just a stone’s throw north of Abaka (or, about a 6-hour march) and is bordered to the south by river and to the east by coastline. Capital of the realm that shares her name, Alebad sits along the well established Portion-Alebad-Alowca trade route¹ and is renown throughout the Colonies for its immense library.² In particular, the collections on farming, woodworking, metallurgy and other trades are very popular. Many a peasant, in Alebad and in other realms, has benefited from the learning offered there.²

Adjacent to the Library is the most heavily-visited temple of Kamido, the Great Library Temple. In addition to regular services, many of the faith's scholars conduct research and compose all manner of literary works. Generally, the Temple's archives are not open to the public, but special permission can be obtained from the Reverend Curate on site.

Alebad boasts centers for Cavalry, Archers, Infantry and Special Forces troops. An Academy, Scouts Guild, Houses of Healing, Banner Manufacture, Workshop, Weapon/Armour Smiths and Traders Supplies are all also available.
